Conscious Management Journal (ISSN 2792-5404), the scientific journal of CMI Higher Education, invites submissions for its Vol. 5 (2027). We welcome papers from researchers, lecturers, doctoral candidates and practitioners from any institution and country.
Scope
A transdisciplinary STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) scientific journal for management, ethics, social responsibility, sustainability, artificial intelligence, innovation and Industry 6.0, open to all branches of knowledge.
Article types
- Research articles: original work with a rigorous methodology. Double-blind peer review by two external reviewers.
- Management practice: applied cases, models and good practices for managers, 3,000 to 6,000 words. Editorial and expert review.

CMI Journal Awards 2027
Among the articles published in Vol. 5, a jury made up of the Editorial Board and an external expert will recognise up to six papers in two categories:
- Best articles with external authorship: up to three winners.
- Best published Master's Theses: up to three winners.
Each author of a winning paper receives an 80% scholarship for any CMI Higher Education master's programme (on campus or online), plus a diploma and promotion.
Winners with a certified disability receive a 100% scholarship.
Scholarships are transferable: winners who do not wish to take a master's programme may pass theirs on to a colleague, relative or acquaintance.
The awards are decided once the volume has been published, independently of the review process, and presented at CMI's graduation ceremony.
Dates
Submissions are open all year round. To be among the first articles of Vol. 5, we recommend submitting by 31 January 2027.
How to submit
- Prepare your article following the author guidelines and the 2026 templates (APA 7th edition, JEL/FOS classification, key quotes for citation and CRediT contribution table).
- Register as an author and submit your manuscript from Submissions.
